Lived there since I was two years old and I loved it.
Road needs paving. Almost looks like a training camp for the living dead. I dont think anyone has a pressure washer for the trailers. Its "almost like" (speculation) the person hat runs it just keeps the income for them selves" just invest into it and make it look nicer.
This place is a junk yard whole. If you go make sure you have a tetanus shot and some flea killer.
