Used them last winter for HVAC work and it went great. Tried again last month and they were a no-show after 3 weeks of telling me it was going to get done after I had paid in advance via credit card. Had to switch to another company. Brian said he had moved to Knoxville.
If I could rate lower I would! Got a referral from a guy named Johnny out of Speedwell TN. We thought he was a good guy. Paid him to do a job and he was supposed to come back and finish it. Sadly he's not answering his phone nor has he made an effort to come finish it. For the love of God DO NOT PAY HIM UNTIL HE GETS DONE! Horrible business person! This is why a lot of contractors get a bad name

I am so sick of contractors that say they'll be there and don't show up or call! This guy said he'd be out the next day, never showed. I guess my job was too small to bother with, or bother letting me know they wouldn't be coming after all. So rude....
