Today they did a horrible job on my car. I've been going there for 20 years but today is my last visit. The inside looks the same as when I took it except for the floormats. The floorboards were barely touched and I'm positive they didnt clean anything inside the car like they always have done. So sad when you go to the carwash with a minivan, pay $27 for supersaver PLUS pay for tire dressing and you get in only to find no tire dressing applied PLUS the back inside of the van wasn't vacuumed AT ALL!! Called and asked why, he replied well we do t usually do the "trunk". The "trunk"? In a van?? Really? But!! you DO however charge more for vans on the sign. Been a long time Bluejay customer for over 35 years. Never again now tho! Sad!
I got my car detailed there. A 2012 Toyota Camry, so I got it home and didn’t fool with it for a few days. But it had this awful smell so I started looking in it more to see what they had done. Mind you I paid extra to get the trunk cleaned. I just got doing RE doing my car after I paid $165 for someone to do it. There was trash in the back of the seats, there was gunk still in the cup holders, they did not shampoo ONE thing. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!! Not only do they not honor there free car wash anymore, my car was still super dirty inside and out and I waited for over an hour. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
Blue Jay has a new owner and has dramatically cut employees. It used to take 15 to 20 minutes to get your car cleaned. Now, it takes an hour. My vehicle was still dirty, and my windows were smeared. They put someone else's truck floor matts on top of mine. The owner has told employees to put the floor matts on the outside of the windshield. While I was there a guy had pin hole cracks put into his windshield from this. Floor matts now days are very hard, and this is not a good idea at all. I spent $27.00 for a super saver wash and tire shine. The interior consoles were not even touched. My truck is new and should have been very easy to clean but they did it half way at best. Definitely nowhere near worth the cost of the wash.
