Horrible customer service, poor quality device. They are rarely able to be reached and have no answers to problems when they are. Rude and unprofessional employees. Glitches out and loses blue tooth connection constantly. Cost me an out of service, and I have the documentation to prove it(they didn’t care). Dash cam data cannot be retrieved through connection or will it store the data on a SD card. Multiple complaints made and nothing done. This ELD is on the FMCSA watch list. Waste of money! Stay clear.
Their ELD would not work with a brand new 2025 truck and since will not give me a way to return the equipment or refund my money. 0 stars if that was available, non-existent customer service and terrible business ethics. Honestly makes me wonder if it is all just a scam and other good reviews are paid or made up?

They are great at selling, then once you pay all customer service is out the window. The software is more work than doing manual logs as it's constantly malfunctioning and making false recordings like say on duty driving for a period when the engine isn't even running. I discontinued using it after the second week and reached out about them honoring their 30 day guarantee policy, not so easy to get a hold of and after 2 weeks they finally answered and told my I'm out of the 30 day period. Awesome! You should definitely switch if you haven't already. If you are an owner operator you definitely want this app, its simple to use and if you have any questions the tech guys are on it!
