Never disappoints, they have a couple of the nicest workers. The new manager Savannah has been great and very nice beautiful smile on her glad to see she’s still there. The wash isn’t always to expectations but that comes with it being and automatic wash the only bad thing I have to say is there is an employee who was being rude to the customer in the lane next to me I think her name was like Shelia or Sharon. But other than that great wash and management
got the premier membership & it’s the highest wash but it doesn’t clean your car. So I cancelled it and continue to get charged for it. Don’t let these ppl scam you. Never sign up for anything they offer you. Plus the workers are rude as hell!!! They do have one nice worker there with the prettiest smile and i hope they still have her because I didn’t see her at all this week!!!
I was extremely disappointed with my visit to Dixie – Zips. The workers including the manager were rude, the machines were in poor condition, and my car still came out dirty after going through the wash. I expected much better service and quality for what I paid. It was the absolute worst car wash experience I’ve ever had! I will not be returning!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!
I wish i can give it zero stars they are unprofessional rude employees they need better people working there the vacuums are trash i wouldn’t recommend this place at all don’t go here !!
