Our Indigo (A Lab, Shepherd mix) is always well cared for and loved at Blue House Boarding. We are so thankful for Lauren and crew for providing a great place for her to stay.
This was a great boarding facility have taken our dogs there for several years. Downside they don’t accept basic plastic for payment but that’s an easy work around. However the hours and customer service need tremendous work. The moment our flight landed we paid Lauren. We then called to verify we could pick our dogs up as we noticed the hours were closing at 6 when we put it in the gps(we thought 7 obviously our wrong) regardless she was quite rude especially for something nobody has control over when a plane lands late.
