Placed a catering order for Yom Kippur break fast and it was a HUGE hit! Two dozen perfectly blistered bagels for a Monday pick up plus a lox platter. Our friend who is originally from Jersey said these are the best bagels she’s ever had in Maine and I’d have to agree. Hot green and cacio e Pepe were fantastic faves.
I just had the most amazing bagels!!! Due to the dough's long fermentation period the resulting bagels have a complex and deep flavor. And just the right amount of chewiness. Highly recommend supporting this cottage industry business! Guarantee you will be back again and again!

Delicious bagels!
Ordered four bagels and just inhaled 2 of them. I think all the bagel flavors stand tall on their own, though I'm willing to bet the cream cheese options are delightful too! Crispy, chewy, fluffy, and well-seasoned. Thank you so much, Ryan! A new local fave!
