Ryan catered our brunch for the morning after our wedding. He made and delivered a catering order of bagels, toppings, and spreads for ~100 people. Working with Ryan was great. He was extremely flexible and communicative, and he was super willing to help us make our vision come to life. We are also so grateful that Ryan was willing to deliver the bagels to Brunswick, as that made our lives so much easier. And, of course, the bagels were delicious! We and our guests were so happy with the quality of the food!
Hands down the BEST bagels I’ve ever had. Crunchy on the outside, perfectly chewy and fluffy on the inside and the most delicious array of flavors. Would genuinely eat these everyday if I could. Highly HIGHLY recommend.
As soon as we bit into our first bagel, we knew we'd be ordering again the following week. Exceptional quality, especially the salt-flavored bagel and the French onion soup one, both of which my partner and I have been raving about to anyone who will listen. We tend to be bagel snobs, making periodic trips to NYC to restock, but no need to do that any more. Plus, Ryan is a delight to deal with and is extremely responsive.
OMG! These bagels are heaven. 🥯✨ We ordered on a Sunday night via Instagram DM, and the first available pickup wasn't until Friday morning (Saturday and Sunday were sold out), so don't sleep on this treasured find. We went with the French Onion, the weekly special Rosemary Sea Salt, and the Cacio e Pepe. We also added the special cream cheese—Honey Black Pepper—and it was soooo good. We are huge foodies and we were so happy to find one of Portland's best bagels in our neighborhood. Blue House Bagels is perfection: crusty on the outside, soft & fluffy on the inside, and *perfect* flavoring throughout the bagel (we got the weekend special: rosemary sea salt). It's now a weekend tradition.
