We built a new home in 2015 hoping that we would have just that, all new fully functioning home. For the most part all is new and works perfectly as it should. Well our AC units, not the case. We have had 16 service calls in the last 3 years and still no resolve. We were told the first technician didn't charge the equipment properly, the second guy replaced the wrong part, and the same nonsense with every other service call. Blue Horizon just replaced my HVAC system. New Heat Pump, Air Handler and duct work. From start to finish the employees provided professional service. The sales staff was friendly and provided a quick reasonable estimate. The onsite install team consisted of a supervisor and two technicians. The install team arrived in standard uniforms and offered to wear foot booties to protect the floors. The supervisor confirmed scope of work before starting which was a plus.
