RecommendedJames really took his time to walk through everything with me and make sure I had all the coverage I needed for the best price. He did a great job of explaining everything and got my feedback to help us decide whether or not each part of the coverage was a good fit. Increased my auto coverage, but cut the price in half & saved me a couple hundred on my home insurance to boot! We will definitely be recommending him to friends and family.
James Cannon seems to be very immature and extremely unprofessional. I would never recommend this company simply because of him and his inability to be professional. I will make sure to let friends and family know to stay away from his business because of his childish petty behavior as a businessman.I went with State Farm after having horrible service by him and am glad I did. I've also heard things about him that fit my opinion to the T as well.
Isaac and James were above and beyond helpful. I found Blue Horizon through Dave Ramsey and was NOT disappointed. Communication and follow up have been exceptional. 5 Stars
