I booked 2 appointments for my children at 9:30 and 10:15 several months in advance. They bumped my appointments without telling me, so when we showed up at 9:30 we were told “the bosses daughter took that time slot” and yours are now 10:15 and 11:45. Their receptionist was not on the ball. We gave them the insurance info a month prior, and he was trying to get us to pay up front, even though I had specifically asked 3 months ago when I booked if they did direct billing. Amazing experience visiting Laura at Blue Horizon Dental. It is very clear she cares for her clients. She took the extra time to explain all about my teeth and how to properly care for them. She even scheduled a no cost follow up visit with me to ensure my new brushing technique was improving my gum health. With Laura's guidance my gum health improved extremely quickly! Highly recommend Laura and Blue Horizon Dental if you are looking for a skilled and caring dental hygienist.
