Just wanna give a huge shout out to Lexie for giving me a call and updating me on my pops. After 3 days of “this voicemail box is full”, I was getting pretty frustrated with the lack of response, especially when their 3rd party answering service told me they’d have someone call me the other day. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I place my father in this place hoping he would have a great experience. Unfortunately I was wrong as I saw many things wrong. I called to file a complaint. I spoke to a person name Jill and she was very rude and dismissive of my concerns. I will be withdrawing my father asap and suggest if you are looking for a place for your parent please look elsewhere
My mother lives here. The residents are kept clean and well fed. Doesn't seem like there are many activities for residents except watching TV.
I wanted to thank the staff and management, for the awesome care that was provided to my mom (Dora) I always felt welcome when I visited her .. Jason and I would like to thank the staff for going above and beyond.
I want to thank Jill and her staff at Blue Horizon for not only the excellent care, but especially the love they provided to my mother-in-law for almost a five year period. It is always challenging and difficult to move a family member into an assisted living facility. However, the staff made it a smooth transition. Additionally, they have always been responsive and worked well as a team with the third party care givers, including during those times when Mom became ill or something unexpected happened.
