The worst customer service experience I have had. I rented two dumpsters from this company upon pick up of the first, but dropping off the second dumpster. The driver knocked down and broke my cast-iron mailbox. The driver was made aware and we were informed that the company would be fixing the issue since (over 4 months ago) since then no one from this company will answer a call or respond to any messages sent I would look at competitors for cheaper prices as I found other companies that actually answer and over $100 cheape... read more
Good service have used blue hippo for years now. Kassandra always keeps me updated on my delivery and pick-up. Joseph is very professional always on time, gives me a call when he’s on his way 30min before and always sets boards under dumpsters to prevent dumpsters from damaging driveway, and ontop of that they always have a great attitude. Great service, & great customer service !! Highly recommend
