Really like the place, all the amenities, and the discount for family cars. My only critique is that the dryers don't get your car very dry so you get water marks. But it's super nice to have a place that washes rubber floor mats, free glass cleaner, and free air freshener with your purchase of a car wash.

I had a terrible experience with Blue Hippos Car Wash. My car remote was accidentally sucked up in one of the vacuums, and I immediately reported it. I called twice afterward to follow up, and both times I was told they were “checking to see where it is.” When I returned that Saturday, I was shocked to find out the remote had been thrown in the trash. No one contacted me, no effort was made to properly handle the situation, and worst of all, there was no apology from management at all. This is extremely poor customer service... read more
My DUALLY is finally clean!!! When you drive a dually (especially living on a dirt road) you just resolve to drive a dirty truck or have to hand wash it. Happened to be in the area with time to try them out… still worried about fitting, but website said they can accommodate (stock ‘22 Ram 3500 dually). Website lists max width & height. My truck is white and had copious bugs and road grime on the front and where the rear fenders flare out for the dually (It’s a hassle, so hand wash once a year… it was nasty).
