Absolutely stunning neighborhood. Quiet. Heavily treed. Luxury homes with a luxury feel. What else could a person want? I can’t recommend against the community. I’m sure that there are many happy neighbors. And any neighborhood where Tony Miller builds just has to be amazing! But beware the contract. Blue Hills seems to be a bit sly. My recommendation?
