These guys are very kind and are hard-working. We were visiting family on vacation and I needed a repair done on my car. They prioritized us, taking care of just what i needed with no extra charges. Dana also helped me understand what i need to do in the future when i get home.
I have used this garage a few times and had good service. Today I stopped in because, due to an error made by another car place where they failed to replace a bunch of screws, I had a plate dragging under my van. The other place is an hour away and I was worried about traveling so far with this piece hanging off. Immediately a super helpful mechanic, Griffin, put my car on the lift and secured the part till I can get it fixed. They made a very frustrating and nerve-wracking situation 100% better! I love Blue Hill Garage! They get you in quickly, they do great work at a fair price and they are well organized! I appreciate you servicing our family's vehicles!
I called to try and see if they could at least look at my car and the lady at the counter basically laughed in my face because I didn't know what was wrong with it.. isn't that the whole point of a garage? After laughing she said "yeah we can at least look at it" I just said never-mind. Wouldn't wanna see her in person.
