Best pizza in Gainesville, easily. I like the "thin" crust. It's not paper thin, just right. You won't leave bits of crust on your plate!
Blue Highway Pizza Blue Highway makes unbelievable pizza... I'm a big believer in fresh food, and they make all their sauces dressings dough and bread every day, and you can really taste the difference. I think it's the best pizza restaurant in Gainesville.
