Very nice seniors care facility. People seem to really like it here. Staff is very friendly, helpful and seem to care for the residents. When I need to go to a place like this, I hope I can go here. 👍👍😊😊
An amazing assisted living facility with fantastic and caring staff. Non profit which is a welcome change from government run facilities .Highly recommend.
My mom was living here and I found the staff to be terrible on many levels. The new manager that came there actually lied and basically cheated her out of a small amount of money. One time, when she was in the hospital and Cottonwoods for an extended period of time, mysteriously her portable DVD player and movie went missing. They had to replace these items. While she was away, not once did they go in and clean the suite so when she was forced to move out, they actually charged extra for cleaning, which we were ripped off fo... read more
