I love the service. Todd did an excellent job. He works in a very timely manner. He taught me so much that I did not know about my system. He even updated my pump that was very outdated. The prices are very affordable. This guy is the best "Jack of All Trades!" I will ALWAYS use his service and recommend him over everyone else.
After calling 2 other septic companies 1 of which scheduled a date to come out 2 days after I called and never showed and the other told me to try to fix it myself then call them back, I called blue heron. Mr Wedgewood came out 30 min. After I called and was efficient, not pushy, he fixed everything I needed in one afternoon. He never made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about and didn't try to do anything I didn't need. Call blue heron for ALL your septic needs!!!
Just wanted to say thanks for a job well done. Very knowledgeable, efficient, honest and works with integrity. Goes the extra mile. Will definitely use again...
