Buyer beware. You will either have to pay out of pocket or sue these guys to get your house fixed correctly. Don't do it.
Just terrible. Should have listened to the 1 star reviews, the 5 star reviews are clearly someone affiliated with the business. I used up all of my work vacation days accommodating their work schedules and giving them more time than I was quoted during our walk through, only to have them quit mid-morning or spread their team out to handle other jobs and leave mine unfinished. Then they had the nerve to tell me I did not just them enough access? Highly unprofessional.
Only company in Maryland that will do what they promise. I cannot disagree more with the other comments. Thank you guys for all of your hard work!! Would highly recommend for anyone with water damage!!
Horrible company. Poor craftsmanship. And the job took years to complete, when it should have been months. And they actually never finished the work. Seriously considering legal action against Mr.Dunn. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Nothing but problems and excuses! Do not Hire. You will regret it.
Terrible, terrible company and untrustworthy people. Several of the commenters below who gave 5 star reviews are related to the family - for example, anyone with the last name Dunn. They will lie to you about how funds are used, lie about the timetable, and recommend you to people within a small circle of businesses that they own and/or collect kickbacks from. Just don't do it, the owners are being investigated by at least one licensing board and that should be enough.
