This place is incredible. Beautiful and natural surroundings, conveniently located, but most of all the staff is amazing! Kim, Jim, and Cassandra have been instrumental in my recovery. They are kind, professional, compassionate, and it is obvious that they truly care about their patients. I highly recommend this facility to anybody who needs help.

Very professional people in a safe, serene environment. The admin staff care about you and the counselors care about you. It is evident from the way they treat you from the very 1st day. Of course, it is not perfect; but what is? If you want a place where you're going to be able to work through your issues and are willing and ready to do the work, then this is the place for you! If you're reading this review, do yourself a favor and give them a call. Honestly, what do you have to lose at this point?
IOP at Blue Heron was amazing and vastly different than 30-day residential! It is imperative to your recovery that you incorporate real life with coping skills simultaneously. Blue Heron IOP and detox are both safe, friendly, and peaceful environments. In addition, SMART recovery is essential to changing behaviors that increase the likelihood of relapse. Only AA is offered or taught at most residential recovery establishments. I highly recommend Blue Heron as the place you choose to start your unique journey!
