Very bizarre business… All of the customer service / office staff is Philippines based. Constant beeps on the line and language barriers while speaking with them. They tried to reschedule me twice after I scheduled way in advance, and the second time they tried to reschedule it was an hour before my scheduled chimney cleaning… this was after I drove four hours to be at our beach home for the scheduled cleaning. The team at Chimney Cleaning Service Ocean View, were very professional and knowledgeable. I called with an emergency for a cleaning of my clogged chimney and top notch they were punctually there the very next day to fix the problem. They gave me a quote and didn’t try to change it last minute (much like some other companies do) They talked me through the suggested work that they recommend be done to upkeep my house. Very nice and considerate. I will definitely be hiring them again for the work needed in the future.
It was great to have a company with consistent communication, the technician that arrived as scheduled, and provided a full Chimney inspection, cleaning, and final details about maintenance and use on our fireplace.
