We recently changed our community landscaping company from Blue Heron to Sullivan’s, and the difference has been significant. One of the first actions our board took was to move away from Blue Heron, and we have been much happier since making that change. This company is a joke and any HOA that forces their communities to use them should be ashamed. The quality of work sucks. The kids they hire have no clue what they are doing and the yards and common areas look like crap. Avoid this sorry excuse for a landscaper at all costs.
This company absolutely suck when it comes to landscaping. We live in Tanager woods community and every residents in this community is unhappy with their work. Uneven cuts all over our yard and loose cut grass all over our walkway & drive way.
Avoid at all costs! Our neighborhood has a contract with them and it's been nothing short of a nightmare. Multiple people in my neighborhood have started cutting their own lawns which is absolutely ridiculous when we pay so much to our HOA. We were told we had lawncare services provided - what a joke when it's Blue Heron in charge! Contract lawn service for our newer neighborhood. Unreliable and poor performers. Areas of grass around house consistently left up to a foot long. Haphazard mowing. Broke our siding. Cut the day after fertilizing. Common areas look terrible. Neighbors are opting to cut their own even though paying for the service through the HOA. Avoid.
