Breathwork Yoga has been so beneficial for me. What a great way to start the day! Korenna’s focus on positive thoughts and actions is so encouraging and the sessions offer numerous health benefits. I have also benefited greatly from her Amma treatments. I arrived with aches and pains and left feeling pain free and energized. Thanks Korenna!

So grateful for Korenna! I was feeling under the weather and it felt like the sickness was dragging on. I saw her for an Amma session and it was so supportive in opening up the channels of elimination, allowing the sickness to decrease significantly and was basically gone in 2 days. I really enjoy her cupping and the acupressure can really clue you into where the sickness was stuck. What a great session, definitely recommend her if you are needing some vitality enhancement! Thank you Korenna!
