My practice has been to alleviate pain, tension and stress from sore muscles, tight tendons and aggravated soft-tissue. Postural alignment is the goal of my therapy. Major muscle groups, acupressure points and smoothing, pulsing and rotating of joint tissues are regions I focus upon. Every client is unique. If weather permits, we can work outside at your location or here on the hilltop. Commute time is considered beyond Atascadero and Templeton. This is a Woman aligned service. Let's get healthy!
