Awesome place to pick up, friendly people, it is just before the low bridge watch out the locals try to block the road in front of you thinking you're going to crash into the bridge!
My husband has worked in agriculture at the same farm for 36 years. He is a legal U.S.. Resident Mexican with a that still works by choice at age 76. Peter hired him in 1985 and after all these year's, he still has never provided insurance, 401K, vacation pay or any sort of benefits for Antonio. Peter owns Blue Heron in Salem Oregon and while my husband has been the most dedicated employee, often working the longest hours, he never asks for a raise.
