Now I understand there was a loss in the family and for that I am terribly sorry. That is very tough. That being said, you are a business and have contracts to uphold. I tried getting ahold of ANYONE from Blue heron MANY MANY times, emails, phone calls, I even DROVE to greencastle to see if I could find anyone at the business during business hours and the parking lot was empty and all doors were closed. Extremely difficult to work with for a rehersal dinner. Never received a contract that was accurate and correct and a week before event was informed we would be sharing event space with another wedding rehersal. Fired them and was professionally taken care of elsewhere. One star is too much.
