First--This place is far out of normal travel for me. That said, I am definitely going back there. The staff are awesome. As others have said, Barbara is the BOMB. She engages with you as you are sitting in the waiting room, she cracks jokes, and she shows humanity--particularly while delving through the trainwrecks of dental insurance contact numbers. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT GO HERE FOR DENTAL WORK! I have been contemplating writing this review for months. Especially since Blue Heron has such glowing reviews but honestly at this point, I have to. Its a disservice to myself and anyone that values their dental experience not to. First things first, I have severe dental anxiety to the point that I cried multiple times while in the chair for cleanings as well as for a dental crown. The ladies here are always so nice and personable. Very considerate of how you’re feeling and very efficient with their work. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a dentist to go here. They explain everything to you and give you options and take your feelings into consideration. 100/10. Love these guys. They also always recognize us when we come in and it’s only our third visit. Excellent people!
