Tried to cancel three days before trip and said that we had to cancel a full week in advance to be refunded. Had insurance which was a joke because even though there was an illness they denied reimbursement because my husband didn't go to the doctor or hospital. I thought that was the whole point that if something happened and they had notice ahead of time instead of last minute. How horrible.

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Heron Chateau! The home was beautifully appointed and offered every amenity we could have needed. Its location was ideal—close to all major attractions, yet perfectly peaceful with stunning views of the lake. Our time here was both relaxing and memorable, and we would gladly recommend this property and its host. Jenna was exceptional and made the entire experience seamless.
