Blue Heron was recommended by my friend- one of the city inspectors. I needed to build and modify drywall fireproof ceiling for my decades old single garage. It was a very complicated project that required frame modification, minor repiping and finally drywall. I quoted multiple contractors and Blue Heron was by far most reasonable pricing wise and the work was superb and passed inspection every step. I just had purchased this condo and the city was called by a HOA member. The city found many issues and that the work was not permitted by the city. Luckily I found Blue Heron and he took care of everything for me. Sent me pictures of the process and kept me well informed on how things were going along. I would highly recommend him.

I purchased a Condo with upgrades that did not have permits by the city. I reached out and called Blue Heron on a Sunday and within a few hours he called me back. He was able to take care of everything sending me pictures day to day with the progress. He is my hero thank you so very much!
