My wife and I tried to schedule with them multiple times and were ghosted multiple times. He would correspond for a little then wouldn't confirm. Perhaps it's time to hire someone who can schedule appointments and answer emails. Frustrating and a waste of time.
Much like the other reviewers on here, they left me waiting for them. After about 30 minutes passed the time window of arrival. They call and were upset i was not home and still tried to charge me the service fee even though they were the ones that were late with no update on their arrival time.
Much like the other reviews. They schedule you in even if they know they will not get to you, hoping you still take the next appointment.
The tech that came out left scratches on our wood floors on top of that leaving the thermostat on the wall with fingerprints and dirty. Really unprofessional.
unprofessional, the phone representative left me on hold for over 10 minutes. When i asked if they are available same day he said no and hung up not letting me book for the next available appointment.
