Big John and little Johnny Davis are awesome!!! They have reignited my faith in pool companies. The other pool companies in Jackson and surrounding area have failed me MISERABLY, but Blue Hawaiian has greatly EXCEEDED my expectations!! I believe they are the BEST around!!!!!
There is NOTHING bad i can say about this business! The people that work there are overly nice and willing to work with you to get the pool of your dreams. They even work on weekends! How many pool companies can say they will be by Sunday to check on things, NO ONE! Out of all the places we looked at to install our pool they had the best prices for what we wanted. I do not understand why the people at this business are consistently and skillfully artfully so rude. I do not complain at stores. I just don't go back normally. On top of that I only notice rudeness maybe once a year and figure it is an underpaid employee sick or bad day and blow it off. I have had to have dealings with this place to get my pool closed three times with maybe 5 calls. One time the woman actually hollered at me for using the email on THEIR SITE stating "We don't have time to answer emails" When I just asked i... read more
