The Blue Hawaiian team delivered the pool of our dreams! 🤩 They were professional, fast, and overall did quality work. We had a hiccup with the landscaper they contract with, but he came through in the end. The company is ethical and the crew are such hard workers! If you’re looking into getting a pool, I couldn’t recommend Blue Hawaiian Pools of Michigan enough. ⛱️ 🩱
The staff at Blue Hawaiian was great. Dennis and his crew were wonderful. The sub contractors that they hired have been nothing but a problem. I was sold a fence for my pool that I can’t hang towels on. My concert cracked horribly on untouched grown within 6 months. That means the base or the pour mixture was not right. Getting anyone to look at it or come up with a solution to fix it has been impossible. I’ve been waiting for a month already. Nate was the concrete guy. Do not let him near your project.
Loved our experience with Blue Hawaiian Pools! We actually almost went with another local company that builds their own pools but thankfully we didn’t. We needed a lime stone retaining wall. The other company was just going to do a cement form that would have never held up as long as the lime stone retaining wall. Blue Hawaiian had awesome crews. Please make sure you feed the guys! Adjust my review per a phone call from the company. I am impressed that the owners reached out within a few hours of my review. I still am disappointed and I personally would not use this company, we ended up going with a different pool company after ordering our pool . They came out gave me a quote. Then when they had to do a site revisit I told them when I would be available. I came home from work on said day I was available.
