I must say, ever time I had a quality concern with the pool, Blue Haven reacted on it in a robustly manner. I never had major issues but I had a couple of cosmetic issues and they corrected it with no arguement and took care of it right away. Couldn’t be happier with my entire experience with Blue haven. From Chris understanding want I wanted and creating a beautifully design pool. To Mike being a profession project manager who I very communicative and gets things done. To the design studio where I had great help picking out the tile etc. to Seth who has been great to work with learning about the pool and taking over as the project finished. Would highly recommend to anybody looking to install a pool in the low country
Very smooth & easy process! Seth & Mike have been very communicative during the whole process. Krista was excellent in her design recommendations and helped us find what fit our style best. This has been a great experience for Carl & I I Would recommend Blue Haven Bluffton to anyone building a pool.
