Nothing short of 5 stars from start to finish. The design process with Chris was great and helped us visualize what we wanted. Our project manager was Seth who was always responsive, helpful and explained everything thoroughly. Krista helped us with all the choices with design and was a pleasure to work with. We just want to thank Blue Haven pools for the wonderful construction of our new pool. With Chris Miller designing the pool with everything we wanted and explaining the process to us, Krista doing a great job helping us pick out tiles and navigating the permit process for our pool and Seth Stamper being our project manager, we could not ask for a better team for the process. Seth and Jesse answered all of our questions, especially mine, and letting us know each step of the construction. Thank you!!
As someone who has never had a pool, Blue Haven provided excellent service. From initial sales contact to project management to tile selection, etc they were 5 star. Loved the step by step process versus “we’ll get there next week- maybe” approach of other pool companies. Our POA has also been very impressed with their project management and timing - very fast compared to what I’ve heard from other neighbors! Highly recommend Blue Haven
Fantastic experience from start to finish! We consulted with several pool builders and we knew as soon as we met with Chris Miller (sales), Blue Haven was the way to go. Seth Stamper was our project manager and was outstanding! Extremely knowledgeable and responsive to all of our questions. They delivered on their promises quickly and efficiently, and always kept us up to speed. We never questioned what was happening next or when to expect it. Can't recommend them enough!
We are one of the first pool projects for Blue Haven on Hilton Head Island. We certainly did our research before making our selection for who to partner with for our outdoor project.
