Used Blue Haven in The Villages. Absolutely terrible experience.
First off the work that was done was great. So far we have had no problems and everything came out amazing. However there communication absolutely sucks. You will never know when someone is coming to your house. You will never know what stage of the job your in. They don’t tell you that you have to have landscaping around the pool to pass inspection. 3/28 Final Update: Mike and the team have come out to resolve the outstanding issues with our pool. We had some issues along the way but I appreciate them owning the communication mishaps and making this right. ———— Update: I wish I could say that things ended the way they began but unfortunately that was not the case. Thank you so much Blue Haven pool for building my Oasis, Kris Hutchison was my pool designer, he did an amazing job designing my dream pool, Shannon was our pool manager, he did an excellent job also, Dave the pool school guy was very patient with us, even after our pool was done we contacted him about an issue and he came back and fix it. I will definitely recommend this pool company, we had different quotes from other companies but Blue Haven had the best prices and real people reviews. Than you!

Everyone makes mistakes and for a company to quickly remedy it says a lot. I would highly recommend bluehaven they have been great
