To put it kindly, I had a challenging experience with Blue Haven Pools that left me feeling frustrated. There were notable issues with the quality of work and customer service throughout the project. The coping work required several visits to address, yet the problem remains unresolved. I shopped about 5 different pool companies and read every review that was out there about each company I received an estimate from... well I obviously went with Blue haven... Gary Kelly came by and answered every single question i had, he measured my yard and drew it up on the spot he was absolutely fantastic from the minute I met this guy I completely trusted him ( let me tell you I dont trust anyone taking that kind of money from me) He had so much information and broke it all down and made it simple... well I signed on th... read more
Blue haven sent Corey and Nick out to my house to change a liner I had already had another guy working on it since Nov 2017. They came out on a Friday march 9th 2018 and set up well pumps to remove ground water. Corey and nick had my liner installed by Tues march 12th. They were subcontractors, but would recommend them to anyone. Especially if you have a difficult pool. They were very knowledgeable and professional. If i could, i would give them 10 stars. Liner looked great.
The existing liner pool had reached the end of its useful life. After conversations and meetings with several established in-ground pool builders in the area, it became clear that Blue Haven Pools by Calvitti was the only choice. I had an appointment set up for on their sales rep to come to my house and he called an hour and a half before appt and said he was sick and would call me the next day to set up an appt. Well 1 week later and I still haven't heard back from him. If this is how they do business then I will contact another pool company who wants my business.
Great company to work with. The new owner has done an AWESOME job getting his new team up to speed! We are very happy we went with you all and the reults in our backyard shows!!!
Absolutely best customer service of any pool company on the Gulf Coast. They continue to provide service and make everything perfect. After owning a Blue Haven Pool for two years I can tell you they still provide outstanding customer service. I would recommend Blue Haven to family and friends, they are the best pool company around.
