Most thorough design consultation. We now truly understand the workings of a pool. Our electric bill is only affected by $25/month. Our yearly chemical cost less than $100/year. I never have to work on my pool. Best decision ever. Thank you Blue Haven Pools!
I do not recommend using this company if at all possible--they sign a contract and although they have a scheduler, they cannot seem to get contractors timely which pushes the time it takes back by weeks/months. They blame weather as to why they have not worked, yet when you complain in public forums, they suddenly get work done...even in the rain and on weekends! In 2012, we had a pool installed by Blue Haven. The project manager was rarely onsite throughout the installation process which caused several delays and rework. I still have one major issue which still has not been addressed. They are not very responsive when called or replying to email. I believe they rely too heavily on subcontractors and are not willing to standby their services or quality of workmanship.
