Five stars for Blue Haven. They built us a beautiful pool. We have limited access of just a few feet alongside the house, and Blue Haven was able to get the pool completed in the rear with zero damage to the property. The pool functions great and looks amazing. Brandon, Mark and Amber were available throughout the process and were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had for the duration of the project!
Had a rectangle with a tanning ledge and bench installed by Blue Haven over the winter. Most professional of the all sales people that came out to give a quote. Showed up on time and she was prepared to do the drawing and give a quote right on the spot without having to get back to me. I almost didn't want to get the upgrades to the pool equipment thinking simpler is better, but after living with all of the Wi-Fi connected devices, Alexa integration, phone app etc. I can't imagine not having it. From the moment we contacted Blue Haven had our first meeting with Amber who drew up our pool plans, to then where she assisted with submissions for everything to our HOA. To then meeting Brandon our project Manager who over saw our pool build we had a phenomenal experience. Brandon was immediately responsive to any and all questions, explained the process of each step to us and, delivered our pool on schedule within 12 weeks. If l could give 10 stars l would. I started my pool with what I thought was a reputable pool company, West Hernando Pools in July 2022. 2 1/2 years of very little work completed, a loss of thousands of $$, broken promises and a lot of heartache...long story short, WHP's is out of business and facing criminal charges.
