Stephen was fantastic and very responsive in helping design a custom pool. We have owned pools in the past at other homes but this was the first time designing one. He patiently answered all our questions to include warranty, maintenance, durability, and lifecycle costs. Stephen professionally laid out multiple options for size, shape, and accessories in a 3D model of our backyard so we could help visualize the final product.
Trent was so eager to meet our needs and so professional. We have met with other pool companies prior to meeting with Blue Haven and Trent just blew us out of the water with his whole presentation and his aim to please plus educate us on the different so many aspects of pool building.
Stephen at Blue Haven Pools/Team Vincelli has been a dream to work with. He listened to our every need and was very patient. I highly recommend him and his team for their expertise and excellent customer service.
Had a consult with Trent Campbell about the possibilities of getting a new pool and it went great. He did a great job of explaining the entire process and what to expect, as well as what would be the right fit for our property and budget.
Based on our experience, I highly advise against using Blue Haven. There will be several excluded fees (electricity/drainage), a lack of communication, and no management of your pool/property. In our time with Blue Haven, starting our pool from February/March to now (July) has been nothing but a headache.
