Based on our experience, I highly advise against using Blue Haven. There will be several excluded fees (electricity/drainage), a lack of communication, and no management of your pool/property. In our time with Blue Haven, starting our pool from February/March to now (July) has been nothing but a headache. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after spending over $120,000 on a pool project, I feel other homeowners should know what to expect. My biggest takeaway is that you’re essentially hiring a management company that subcontracts nearly all of the work, but in my experience, the project management was lacking. Trent was excellent to work with. He was prompt in response to our request for a consultation. He arrived a few minutes before the time we agreed upon and was very attentive in listening to my wife and I about our vision for the pool area with great suggestions of things we could potentially add to the area. His knowledge and understanding of how to maximize our particular space was unparalleled.
