I've been a BlueHaven pools customer since 2020 (Blue Haven builds an amazing pool!) I recently had a strange power surge that affected some of the equipment. Zach Houtz, the GM, handled this issue himself and provided 5-star customer service. He responded instantly, had his team respond the very next day and solved the problem headache free. The entire experience from meeting with Apryl for the design to working with Jeff as the PM was perfect. There was great communication and updates. Jeff showed up almost every day on the site to make sure the progress and quality were on track. I also got constant updates from Jeff on the app on each stage of the pool build - including pictures.
