We bought our spa/hot tub from Blue Haven almost 2 years ago. We had problems with it but the staff there met EVERY CHALLENGE with a fix. They have always been helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and above all, they have been extremely friendly. They know me by name that’s for sure. I had someone come out on Aug 16th to see what we wanted and give us an estimate. It has now been almost 3 months and I have called several times and spoke to someone in the office but still have not received any correspondence from Wayne the guy who came out to our house. They must not need my business but I wish they would have just told me that!
I reached out to Blue Haven Pools & Spa for a complete pool build. Mr Wayne Brock Jr. was highly professional and by far the most responsive of the several vendors that I was working with. He took the time to meet me at the site, and had a design and quote prepared within days. He then met with me several times there after to fine tune the final design. I visited several pools built by them and can attest to their high quality.
