We are so happy we went with blue haven pools. They made everything so easy and they answered every question we ever had, even if we thought it was a dumb question . They did not make us feel dumb. Process from start to finish was right at a month and was so smooth. They gave us every update. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Wished I could upload a video! Pictures don’t do justice .
Team was outstanding, very fast and efficient.
Folks do your homework, we spent over 90,000 on a pool only for their equipment to turn out to be junk on which certain parts only come with a 1yr warranty. Very unresponsive when you call. Ill be glad to show pics an records
Their response to my review is a complete joke. They did nothing. Worst pool remodel ever and the corporate office is awful and useless. Even if the newer management is better (the NEW guy had called me and said he would call me back the next day at a certain time to see what we could do to fix the problems of former manager and I NEVER heard from him again- so much for the NEW management), if there's a problem the corporate office will do NOTHING to resolve the issues no matter how serious the problems.
