I’m giving one star because giving zero is not an option. Complete lack of professionalism. Complete lack of communication. They are good at placing blame on anyone and anything other than themselves. We had two project managers because the first one quit. Then time went by with no one showing up we weren’t even told of any of this just realized the pool wasn’t being built anymore. I had Jennifer come out about 4/30/25 to do a quote on building a pool for me. I advised her we were just looking and Im waiting for my 2nd home to be sold before we even decide to purchase. I followed up with a couple of other questions and advised we were still shopping pool companies. Due to pricing I advised I “MAY” finance some but need to wait till my house is sold. I was told by sales rep. Dillon my renovation on my pool would take about two weeks and it’s now been almost a year and the following items are still not completed. They cut my pool light and for safety reasons must be replaced (pools require a continuous cord so you don’t get electrocuted). Spa light was not installed. Aerator was not installed (equipment that makes spa water bubbly). Decking steps have poor workmanship (concrete/coping). They left a dangerous sharp tile with spa overflow. Follow up??? We had a pool put in last year with them. The mastic was and is still unacceptable. It too was rushed through. Sadly I have reached out multiple times with no contact. The pool is ok, not quiet as blue as we had imagined. The cleaner has broiken multiple times, which it was brand new? Blue Haven has had the cleaner fixed twice under warranty. Makes me wonder if the cleaner is a second hand. The mastic is and has been the real sore spot. No contact. No returned calls.
