My experience with Blue Haven and Travis Stamm was outstanding. Any concerns or question I had was address in a timely manner. The entire team from start up to finish were very professional and courteous. I could not be happier with my pool and would highly recommend them.
Absolutely worst service ever, after installation we have had a leak and here it is almost a year later and we can’t get anyone out to fix it.
The owner of Blue Haven Pools of Louisiana was my salesman, he charged me $5,000 for a retaining wall should it be necessary and said he would refund the money if one wasn’t necessary. He did not build a retaining wall and refused to refund my money so I filed a claim with the American Arbitration Association as required by his contract. I was awarded the $5,000 plus the fees associated with the claim. He still refuses to pay me.
Absolutely horrible. Constantly have to chase after them to get any work done. No communication and they never call back. All work done by subcontractors with no oversite or review by Blue Haven. Do not use. They are now 60 days past the time specified in the contract and still are not finished. Delays not due to weather.
They put my pool in it cracked . I had to pay to get it repair. Worst decision I ever made .So if your looking for a NIGHTMARE GIVE THEM A CALL
