In 2012, we had a pool installed by Blue Haven. The project manager was rarely onsite throughout the installation process which caused several delays and rework. I still have one major issue which still has not been addressed. They are not very responsive when called or replying to email. I believe they rely too heavily on subcontractors and are not willing to standby their services or quality of workmanship. We love our pool! Blue haven has the best design team in town. They came to our house and let us tell them what we wanted to build instead of telling us what they wanted to build in our backyard. Every other company wanted to come up with there own design and they were all cheap looking. Blue Haven let us help in the design process but held our hand and offered opinions that would make it look great. They also brought us to there new showroom which is amazing by the way. Our pool,spa and fireplace look great! Thanks Guys!
