I would NOT recommend Blue Haven Pools and Spas (BHPS) and strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. Problems include poor bidding, planning, oversight, and communication. BHPS did not check local codes or verify our property lines during the planning phase, which we hired them to do, resulting in more than twelve thousand dollars in cost overruns to us (after cost sharing explained below). Blue Haven was exceptional from start to finish. From our salesman, Bailey to Travis, our job supervisor. We always knew what was going on during the job. I would also like to mention Katherine with picking the materials and Belinda for handling the behind scenes things and especially Jerry for setting up the system and instructing us in pool school. The different crews they used along the way were very professional and always left the job site as clean as they found it.

I’m sure like many of the negative reviews I read prior to signing a contract with blue haven, they will respond with every excuse possible to defend or say I’m not telling the truth. And let’s be honest. Customers with good/average experiences usually don’t bother to review something. And of course bad experiences want the the world to know. Now that our pool project is complete, I wanted to take a moment to leave some well-deserved praise for Blue Haven Pools. I've never written a review like this before, but this experience truly deserves recognition. From start to finish, Blue Haven was exceptional. They completed our custom gunite pool in just over seven weeks—an incredible timeline, especially considering all the bad weather during construction. BUYER BEWARE OF BLUE HAVEN. These are photos of our project. They will stand you up for meetings. No one at Blue Haven will care about you after you make the final payment. The trash stayed in my yard for more than 6 weeks. The supervisor wouldn't get it cleaned up and I was told that this is "normal construction debris" and it would be cleaned up with final grade when the pool was finished. Our experience with Blue Haven was great, communication was spot on the work was on time and done very well. My project manager was Kenny C. could not of ask for a better guy to deal with during the process, all questions were answered and the follow up was in a timely manner. Thanks

Blue Haven Pools did a fabulous job on my beautiful gunite pool! Don Kuhn designed the perfect pool for my backyard and my taste! He knew exactly what I wanted and the crew was timely and courteous throughout the entire process! I highly recommend Blue Haven Pools for their expertise and dedication to customer service!

Top notch pool company. They installed an awesome pool for us in 2017. Yes, weather got in the way but we got through it fine and are happy with the quality of the pool..
