I just want to say how happy I am with Blue Haven pools on Major Dr in Beaumont. They were so great to work with from the beginning with Beverly, the middle with Sean and the end with Cody. So glad I chose them for out heated pool for our Airbnb. I had an issue ( of my own doing), I texted Cody about 9am this morning and he was there at about 10:15 this morning. We had our pool completed in 2023, and since then we’ve had ongoing issues that have only gotten worse over time. After spending over $91,000, this has been extremely disappointing. From the beginning, there were problems with the workmanship. The coping was installed with chipped and cut edges facing the front where everything is visible. It looked unfinished and should have never been installed that way. BH is an absolute beast of a company. They are prompt and do amazing work. Very responsive and made us feel like family. My pool came out amazing and I would reccomend them to anyone.
Cody was a great project manager. He made sure that all the work was done properly and had all corrections done quickly and properly.. Jerry was an incredible instructor! He made sure I knew how the equipment worked and how to operate it properly. Jerry also assured me he would be available should I have any questions in the future. Blue Haven Pools and Cody has to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! The GC on this job Cody was here what seemed like 24/7 at our home and we live really far from their home office where we purchased our pool. Because we looked around, did our research and went with the best. I have to say that everyone at Blue Haven Pools and their GC Cody have been so hands-on on our project. We didn’t feel alone.
