Took Blue Haven eighteen months (12.2020) from the time we signed the contract before we could finally fill the pool with water and it still isn't finished. The absolute worst part, they habitually lie to you about when they are going to show up to complete work. No exaggeration here, they missed over thirty appointments and didn't apologize one single time. Never use this business. My pool project has been a total shitshow. Maybe it’s my fault because I gave them so much leeway in the beginning thinking starting in fall would be no problem having my small pool completed by summer but my God! Contracts signed and paid in September of 2024…estimated finish date late December early January…. It’s now August 2025 and my smaller than normal pool with nothing fancy (no fountains, waterfalls, special lighting) is still not finished and they refuse to finish out the last items to get i... read more
Impressed with Blue Haven Pool Company! Jon Williams was fantastic, punctual, courteous, and incredibly informative throughout the process. Highly recommend!
Blue Haven built us a beautiful pool and outdoor area. We had minor equipment issues that Blue Haven was good about fixing under the warranty. However, I was told that there have been some personnel changes since then. We have had an issue with the waterfall/grotto that has needed repair under the warranty for about four months now. Blue Haven has yet to repair it.
