Blue Haven built us a beautiful pool and outdoor area. We had minor equipment issues that Blue Haven was good about fixing under the warranty. However, I was told that there have been some personnel changes since then. We have had an issue with the waterfall/grotto that has needed repair under the warranty for about four months now. Blue Haven has yet to repair it.

The final result looks like it cost way more than we actually spent.
The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the pool blends naturally with our landscape. Very impressed!
The custom manual they provided has been our pool bible, complete with seasonal checklists and troubleshooting guides. We've never felt so prepared to own a pool.
