Don't expect any support after the sale. Purchased a home that they built a pool for less than 3 years ago. Multiple calls over the past month that were always friendly, but zero follow up or actual help. A new customer trying to learn the system with zero manuals. "We will get back to you" was always the answer...They Never Do! Blue Haven Pools and Spas exceeded all my expectations! Many is an absolute gem—top-notch in every way. He truly listens to your vision and turns your dream into reality with incredible attention to detail. Kourtney in the office is always a pleasure to talk to, so sweet and kind, and answers all my questions with patience. John is also an outstanding part of their team, providing incredible service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Kansas City for a pool or spa! This was the best experience ever, and I highly recommend them!
We are very happy with our pool that Blue Haven helped design and build. We needed a gunite type pool for our backyard due to the slope of the yard. They were competitively priced with other pool companies we interviewed. We got a total of 3 bids. Called 9/16 to inquire about a pool and a guy answer with the worst attitude , i asked him did i have the right number and he’s like yea with a attitude , i said i wanted to inquire about getting a pool and to see what the process was , he pauses and hits me with the long okaaaayy , i told him not to worry about it and hung up , he calls back and tells me he was at the hospital and by the sound of my voice i could not afford him (LOL) and hung up , i am in contact with corporate office in SanDiego because they are franchises... read more
We had a very good experience with Blue Haven Pools having installed our pool about 3 years ago. In spite of many of the material and subcontractor shortages that were going on during Covid, our project largely ran on-time. We're now completing our 2nd full season with the pool and glad we did it. The team at Blue Haven is responsive and easy to work with.
