Our experience with TruBlu / Blue Haven has been excellent. We got several bids for our pool, and John by far gave us the most detailed proposal. We were first time pool owners and he did a really thorough job of walking us through the build, components, options, etc. Once the pool was built, Kourtney has been our point-person at the company, and always ready to help. UPDATE 1: I am not going to change the 1-Star Rating as I continue to have major concerns about the construction of the pool and the poor service of the entire team at this particular Blue Haven Pools. What I will say is that they are under new ownership and management, Thank God! The new team is doing a great job attempting to get control of a poorly managed business and what I am sure is a great many disappointed customers. Don't expect any support after the sale. Purchased a home that they built a pool for less than 3 years ago. Multiple calls over the past month that were always friendly, but zero follow up or actual help. A new customer trying to learn the system with zero manuals. "We will get back to you" was always the answer...They Never Do! In today's age of scans and pdf documents, how hard is it to send an email with the documents to support a new customer and the system they installed. Blue Haven Pools and Spas exceeded all my expectations! Many is an absolute gem—top-notch in every way. He truly listens to your vision and turns your dream into reality with incredible attention to detail. Kourtney in the office is always a pleasure to talk to, so sweet and kind, and answers all my questions with patience. John is also an outstanding part of their team, providing incredible service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Kansas City for a pool or spa! This was the best experience ever, and I highly recommend them!
