This place was nice when we moved in. However, I would not recommend living here. We found black mold behind our washer and dryer not even two months after moving in. Mind you, our house had just gotten the certificate of occupancy right before we moved in. It took property management almost 3 months to get someone out to fix it. Other people that also lived here had the same issue in their homes. They have since moved out. Love this place, everything was all brand new and well built. Management is also great, makes it easy to ask questions! If you need a good place to live I recommend it highly.
