Blue Haven Pools Atlanta did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish. The entire process was seamless, well-organized, and stress-free. Our project manager,Curtis, stayed on top of every detail, communicated clearly, and made sure everything stayed on track. The quality of work exceeded our expectations, and the whole team was professional and reliable throughout. We couldn’t be happier with the final result and would highly recommend Blue Haven Pools Atlanta to anyone looking for top-tier craftsmanship and service.
Curtis was an amazing project manager. He walked us through everything in a timely manner. He is very easy to talk to and handles any concerns immediately.
We had Bob Mericle of Blue Haven install our costly pool in 2022. He touted his expertise in pool design and building claiming he started the entire company. It took less than 2 years for the leaks to appear. There was an actual hole in the spa and just 2 years old the marcite is buckling and sloughing off in the spa. Run, don’t walk, away from Blue Haven unless you want costly repairs.
I contacted Blue Haven to install a pool heater at first very responsive. Once we paid them the money they installed the heater but did not finish the job. We could not reach them on the phone to get the bypass and check valve installed and start up on heater. Finally after about three weeks they finally came and finished the job. I had to contact someone else to get the heater programmed into my omni pool controller. So I would not recommend these guys to anyone in the future.
