Bait and Switch Pricing I had a very disappointing experience with Blue Haven. We were provided a written contract at one price as shown in the picture Over 2 nights while rep "went to belize", that price increased by over $8,000 and this was after we actually reduced the pool size, not upgraded anything. Sales rep wanted us to zelle his personal account a 1k deposit prior to seeing the new contract. Thankfully we didn't! The original contract was signed on 2.5.21, that is the first attachment also with design of the pool. The completion of the pool was 3.11.22, we know this because we gave Deacon Staton who represents Bluehaven the final payment on this date. The hole was dug on Sept. 1st gunite was poured on approximately 9.10.21 (this is to give you an idea of how long this pool took to complete).
